- Will my parcel be charged customs and import taxes?
Customers may be charged customs or import duties once the product(s) reaches the customer's destination country. sweatco. will not be held liable for any additional charges incurred by customs or import taxes. - Will I be charged handling fees or taxes?
Customers may be charged for handling fees and taxes as the order and product(s) passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel will be paid by the customer or individual receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). sweatco. will not be held liable for any additional charges incurred by handling fees or taxes. - Can you tell me how I'll be charged for customs and import charges?
sweatco. has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. All customers who opt for international shipping are advised to contact your local customs office for current charges before making an order. - So the international shipping fees paid to sweatco. does not cover any handling fees, taxes, customs or import charges?
No, it does not. International shipping fees paid to sweatco. represent the cost of shipping the purchased product(s) to the customer's destination country. Any handling fees, taxes, customs or import charges are additional charges to be borne by the customer or individual receiving the parcel.

All exchanges are only valid for orders within Malaysia.
Please note that our sweatrope and/or sweatband products may only applicable for an exchange. Any sweatrope and/or sweatband purchased during our pre-order campaigns are not eligible for exchanges.
Should a payment refund be requested prior to fulfilment of product(s), a refund will be made in the form of store credits with the validity of 30 days (e.g. from the day of refund application).
All or any exchange and exchange applications are subject to the below conditions.
sweatco. reserves the rights accept or reject any exchange applications. All exchange applications will be assessed based on the following conditions.
- All customers intending to make a sweatrope and/or sweatband exchange must firstly send an email to info@thesweat.co with:
(1) Name
(2) Order number
(3) Item received
(4) Reason(s) of return / exchange - Sweatrope(s) and/or sweatband(s) purchased during a pre-order campaign are not eligible for an exchange as each pre-order made will be manufactured accordingly so we are unable to process this.
- Exchange applications for sweatropes and/or sweatbands must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, product(s) will not qualify for an exchange.
- All exchange applications for sweatropes and/or sweatbands must be approved by sweatco. prior to any actions by the customers. Any product(s) sent by the customer without prior exchange approval by sweatco. will not be accepted.
- Exchanges may only be allowed for sweatrope and/or sweatband product(s) purchased and not the packaging.
sweatco. will not be held liable for any damages caused to the product(s) or packaging by an external party, courier service or during the delivery route. - Exchanges apply to only full-priced sweatrope and/or sweatband product(s) in its original packaging, product(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Product(s) intended for exchange must also be in the original packaging.
- Exchanges are only applicable to the same product type / colour purchased. Should said product(s) be out of stock at the point of intended exchange, you will be contacted directly with exchange options.
- All product(s) submitted or intended for exchange by the customer will be thoroughly inspected by sweatco. before any action is taken.
- Exchanges are not applicable on any discounted product(s), bundles or pre-orders.
- If your purchased item is covered by our one year guarantee (which is currently only offered for all beaded sweatrope varieties), your exchange process for any severe damages / severe defects / complete breakage of the beads will be to firstly email us at info@thesweat.co with:
(1) a reason for exchange,
(2) images supporting the application and
(3) customer name and information.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your sweater due to existing defects, you may return the item and receive store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Sweater returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, product(s) will not qualify for a return.
- Kindly send us an email at info@thesweat.co within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
Please provide us with:
(1) Name
(2) Order number
(3) Item received
(4) Reason(s) of return / exchange
sweatco. reserves the rights to deny any exchange or return application although the conditions above are met. - Please note that all returns are inspected upon receipt and will only be processed once customer has mailed the item(s) back in good condition. All exchanged item(s) must be in good condition which includes but is not limited to being unused, unworn, free of fragrance, free of smoke or cigarette marks and / or free of all forms of damage.
- Only regular priced product(s) may be returned, on sale product(s) cannot be returned.
- Store credit will be issued to the customer once the returned items have been verified to meet the above conditions.
- Please refer to the next bullet point for shipping & handling for returns & exchanges. All customers are the bear the cost and responsibility of shipping and handling of returns.
Exchanges
You may exchange your sweater for a different size, following the below conditions:
- Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective by fault the seller, if the wrong order is received or if the size does not match your needs.
- Sweater exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, product(s) will not qualify for an exchange.

Please provide us with:

Only beaded sweatrope products and variations are covered by a one year guarantee. Our ropes are made by one of the world’s leading jump rope makers and so we’re confident we’re bringing you nothing but the best we can offer. We stand firmly by the quality of beads and handles used for the beaded sweatropes & are happy to have this guarantee in place!
However, if your beaded sweatropes are somehow heavily or severely damaged from daily usage and not external and unnatural factors, here's what your one year guarantee stipulates:
- The one year guarantee kickstarts on the date of reported & recorded delivery by courier services or other delivery channels.
- You may only redeem your one year guarantee - once. After you have redeemed your one year guarantee and received your replacement product, you will no longer have a one year guarantee on your replacement. However, if you purchase another beaded sweatrope product, you will have a one year guarantee on that purchase.
- Damages that are covered by the one year guarantee include but are not limited to severely broken or shattered beads caused by usage of the sweatrope, severely broken or shattered handles or completely severed nylon rope caused by usage of the sweatrope and not by forceful nature (e.g. cutting, chopping, smashing).
- Damages that are not covered by the one year guarantee include but are not limited to minor scratches caused by usage, slight discolouration or fading of the beads, handles or nylon rope due to usage, the customer making a permanent change to the product upon receipt (e.g. cutting of the nylon rope), loss of beads, handles, nylon rope or any other components upon receipt of the product.
- If damages are shown to be on the beads, your exchange will be processed based on the number of beads needed for exchange and the colour of said beads needed for exchange.
If damages are shown to be on the handles, your exchange will be processed based on the number of handles needed for exchange.
If damages are shown to be on the nylon rope, your exchange will be processed accordingly.
If damages are shown to be on the washer, your exchange will be based on the number of washers needed for the exchange. - sweatco. reserves the rights accept or reject any one year guarantee redemption or applications.
- Once your one year guarantee redemption or application is approved, your exchange will be processed within 14 days. sweatco. will bear all delivery charges incurred to deliver the exchange to you.
Should the exchange process require you, the customer, to return any component or product element to us, the delivery charges for this return will be borne by the customer. - To apply for your one year guarantee redemption, email us at info@thesweat.co with:

- Shipping and handling fees incurred when returning or exchanging product(s) are borne by the customer. sweatco. will NOT be liable until product(s) for the exchange or return arrives at the stipulated mailing address.
- sweatco. will bear shipping and handling fees if we make a shipping error or input an incorrect mailing address on our part.
- sweatco. will not bear shipping and handling fees if a customer provides an incorrect mailing address.
- Customers are advised and encouraged to consider using a shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you have made a purchase of above RM150.
- Shipping and handling on exchanged product(s) are estimated to be 5 - 6 working days.
- sweatco. will not be liable for any damages, lost parcels or delays once we have shipped an exchanged product(s) to the customer.
